Neff Power, a GCG Company, is currently seeking a mechanically inclined, detail-oriented associate to join our 80/20 Design team!
Are you someone who enjoys hand’s-on work, bringing designs to life while working with a tight-knit team to do it? As our 80/20 Mechanical Assembly Technician, you will work with our in-house design team to craft, assemble, and configure custom industrial racks and workstations, utilizing 80/20 aluminum framing to transform designs into custom, tailored solutioned for our manufacturing customers! You will apply an eye for quality craftsmanship to ensure that these designs are assembled in accordance with customer specifications and prepared for shipment to customer sites in a timely manner. You will also work with our 80/20 Product Manager to address any assembly issues or challenges to ensure fast resolution.

Utilize aluminum framing and various tools to construct custom designed aluminum structures according to customer requirements
Collaborate with the design team to ensure accuracy and quality in the assembly process
Conduct quality checks to ensure finished products meet company standards and customer specifications
Communicate frequently and effectively with the design team regarding needed product adjustments to ensure quality of finished product
Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency
