Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Mobile Home Health Wound Care Provider

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver wound care and conduct assessments in patients’ homes
- Administer non-contact, non-thermal ultrasound therapy (training provided)
- Take vitals, evaluate patients, and document care progress
- Communicate clearly with patients, families, and healthcare providers
- Travel locally within assigned areas (mileage reimbursed)
Requirements:
- Active Arizona LPN license
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience (wound care or home health preferred)
- Strong skills in communication and documentation
- Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, and ability to travel locally
- Clear background check and drug screening
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday, daytime hours only
- No nights, weekends, or on-call
Compensation:
- $35–$40 per hour (full-time salaried)
- Benefits eligible after 60 days of full-time employment
