What You'll Do as an Business Management Trainee
- Assist with daily business operations while supporting customer service and account management activities.
- Learn leadership and management skills through ongoing training, mentorship, and hands-on experience.
- Support customer acquisition efforts by identifying customer needs and recommending AT&T products and services.
- Help coordinate daily team initiatives and contribute to individual and team performance goals.
- Build positive customer relationships by providing knowledgeable, professional, and solution-focused support.
- Participate in leadership development programs and continuous professional training.
- Foster a collaborative team environment while maintaining a positive and goal-oriented attitude.
Qualifications We Value in an Business Management Trainee
- High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership potential.
