Creative Content Creator Intern

About the Role
Novara Construction & Remodeling is looking for a creative and driven Creative Content Creator Intern to help build one of the fastest-growing remodeling brands on social media.
This role is focused on capturing great content, developing creative concepts, and identifying the moments that turn ordinary projects into engaging social media videos.
You will work directly with the company's Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), gaining real-world experience in branding, content strategy, marketing, and social media growth. This is an opportunity to learn how a marketing department operates while building a professional portfolio.
Exceptional performance during the internship may lead to a full-time position within our marketing team.
Responsibilities
- Visit remodeling projects to capture high-quality video and photo content.
- Film before, during, and after project transformations.
- Capture cinematic shots, customer reactions, and behind-the-scenes moments.
- Brainstorm creative content ideas and viral concepts.
- Write engaging hooks and simple scripts for short-form videos.
- Research current social media trends and suggest new content opportunities.
- Organize footage and communicate creative direction to our editing team.
- Collaborate directly with the CMO on weekly content planning and marketing campaigns.
Requirements
- Must be confident capturing high-quality video using a smartphone or camera.
- Strong creative eye for framing, lighting, and storytelling.
- Passion for creating engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Ability to recognize what captures attention within the first few seconds of a video.
- Reliable transportation to travel to project locations throughout the Houston area.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to learn.
