Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Techno-Functional Project Manager to support a client engagement. The ideal candidate will have 15–20 years of overall SAP experience with strong techno-functional expertise, hands-on knowledge of SAP S/4HANA environments, and excellent project and people management capabilities.
The candidate will serve as a key onsite point of contact, working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, functional consultants, and leadership to ensure successful delivery of SAP initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate SAP S/4HANA projects and initiatives from an onsite delivery perspective.
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, functional teams, technical teams, and project leadership.
- Manage cross-functional SAP teams and ensure effective collaboration across onsite and offshore resources.
- Drive project planning, execution, issue resolution, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Translate business requirements into SAP solutions by coordinating with functional and technical teams.
- Oversee SAP S/4HANA implementation, enhancement, integration, migration, or support activities.
- Manage project priorities, deliverables, timelines, dependencies, and resource allocation.
- Facilitate meetings with business and technical stakeholders and provide clear project status updates to leadership.
- Identify project risks and technical or functional challenges and coordinate appropriate resolutions.
- Ensure SAP solutions and project deliverables align with business requirements and organizational objectives.
Required Qualifications
- 15–20 years of overall SAP experience.
- Strong experience working with SAP S/4HANA.
- Strong techno-functional SAP background with the ability to work effectively across business, functional, and technical teams.
- Proven experience in SAP project/program management or technical delivery leadership.
- Strong people management and stakeholder management experience.
- Experience managing onsite/offshore teams and coordinating across multiple SAP workstreams.
- Excellent communication, leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work onsite in the New York/New Jersey area.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience working with pharmaceutical or life sciences clients.
- Experience with large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementations or transformation programs.
- Understanding of SAP integrations, data migration, testing, deployment, and production support processes.
- Experience working in complex enterprise environments with multiple business and technology stakeholders.
Pay: $90.00 - $100.00 per hour
