The ideal candidate for the Insurance Account Manager position will:
- Be a customer centric person with proven success leading clients through a sales process.

- No insurance experience required. On the job training and licensing provided.
The Insurance Account Manager at Hilton Head Insurance will have the following responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Management: Primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, providing personalized assistance, and retaining the clients.
2. Policy Management and Renewal Conversations with existing customers
3. Risk Assessment and Coverage Recommendations
5. Claims Assistance
