We are seeking an experienced, energetic, and passionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who enjoys working with children and adolescents and wants to grow alongside an expanding organization committed to making a difference in the community.
Position Summary
The therapist will provide individual therapy services to children, adolescent and adult clients utilizing evidence-based treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Informed Therapy, and other clinically appropriate interventions. The ideal candidate is passionate about mental health, enjoys working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, and is committed to delivering exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and initial diagnostic evaluations.
Develop individualized treatment plans and measurable treatment goals.
Provide individual therapy services to children and adolescents.
Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches including CBT, trauma-focused interventions, and other clinically appropriate modalities.
Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with organizational, state, and federal requirements.
Complete progress notes, treatment plan updates, discharge summaries, and other required clinical documentation.
Participate in clinical meetings, case consultations, and team collaboration.
Maintain compliance with HIPAA and all applicable Texas licensing regulations.
Support a positive and welcoming clinical environment for clients and families.
Qualifications
Required:
Active Texas LPC or LCSW license in good standing.
Fully licensed clinician (Associate, Intern, LMSW, and LPC-Associate candidates will not be considered).
Active NPI number.
Minimum of 3–5 years of clinical therapy experience.
Experience working with children and adolescents.
Experience completing diagnostic assessments, biopsychosocial evaluations, and treatment planning.
Strong clinical documentation skills.
Ability to pass a federal background check and credentialing requirements.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in outpatient behavioral health settings.
Experience treating trauma, anxiety, depression, ADHD, and behavioral concerns.
Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic medical records.
