We’re looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician II to join our property operations team and help create safe, well-maintained communities where residents feel at home. In this role, you’ll use your technical expertise, troubleshooting skills, and customer-focused mindset to keep our properties operating at their best.

Predictable schedule — primarily Monday–Friday, 8–5 with an on-call schedule (not constant nights/weekends)

You’ll help maintain clean, safe, and attractive communities by:
Maintaining common areas and grounds
Performing preventative maintenance
Conducting quarterly inspections
Supporting property upkeep and curb appeal
2+ years of maintenance experience
Strong troubleshooting and repair skills
Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance systems
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Strong customer service and communication skills
Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
Reliable transportation to and from work
