Atlantic Hospitality Group is looking for a dependable and hardworking Lead Houseman to help keep our oceanfront properties clean, organized, and running smoothly. This is a hands-on role where you’ll support the team with day-to-day upkeep and help ensure our spaces are always guest-ready. Perfect for someone who enjoys staying active, takes pride in their work, and thrives in a team environment by the beach.
Responsibilities:
- Help keep all areas clean, neat, and guest-ready
- Set up and break down spaces for events, meetings, and daily service
- Assist with basic maintenance tasks and report any issues that need attention
- Move furniture, supplies, and equipment as needed
- Keep storage areas organized and stocked
- Take out trash and recycling
- Support different departments as needed to keep operations running smoothly
- Help maintain outdoor areas, including walkways and entrances
- Help with simple staff scheduling to make sure shifts are covered
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required
- Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to help where needed
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Physical Requirements:
· Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs
· Ability to stand, walk, climb, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and perform physical labor for extended periods
· Comfortable working on ladders, stairs, and in tight or confined spaces
· Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
Schedule:
· Day and Night Shift
· Weekend + Holiday Availability (Required)
