Grandview is seeking an organized, proactive, and approachable Administrative Assistant to join our team. Essential Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary front office contact for students, families, and visitors
- Manage phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries
- Support student enrollment, scheduling, and transcripts
- Maintain student records and data systems (e.g., Skyward)
- Coordinate attendance tracking and reporting
- Support school communications, events, and calendar management
- Handle cash, deposits, and purchasing processes
- Assist with student health needs, including basic first aid (training provided)
- Translate written and verbal communication (English/Spanish)
- Collaborate with school leadership and staff to ensure smooth operations
Schedule & Benefits
- Status: Full-time- 12 Month Position
- Hours: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM.
- Lunch: 30-minute unpaid lunch break.
- Time Off: Includes 12 paid holidays, sick days, and vacation days.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- College coursework in business or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of administrative/secretarial experience (school setting preferred)
- Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Experience with office technology and systems
- Experience with Skyward or similar student information systems
Special Requirements
- Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance
- Ability to travel locally if needed
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Successful background check
