Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Team Members to join our fast-paced environment. As a Team Member, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring food safety and quality standards are met. You will be responsible for various tasks including food preparation, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
Duties
- Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order processing.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the customer experience and increase sales.
- Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to cash handling procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including kitchen equipment and dining spaces.
- Follow food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of our customers.
- Assist with bussing tables and restocking supplies as needed to maintain a smooth operation.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred, particularly in quick service or fast food environments.
- Culinary experience is a plus, along with knowledge of food handling practices.
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and understanding retail math concepts.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor towards guests.
- Ability to work as part of a team while also being self-motivated when necessary.
- Familiarity with sanitation standards and practices in the food industry is essential.

Pay: $17.50 - $19.00 per hour
