- Status: Full time, Part-Time
- 12-hours Shifts: 7a-7p, 7p-7a
- Must have weekend availability (Every weekend or Every other weekend)

Qualifications of a LPN:
- Currently licensed as an LPN (State of North Carolina)
- Certification program completed as an LPN
- CPR/BLS certification
Requirements to Apply:

- 1 Valid ID (either Driver's license, Passport, Permanent Resident Card or work eligibility IDs)
- Social Security card
- LPN license and registration (State of North Carolina)
- 2 reference letters / references to call
- BLS/ CPR
- PPD/QuantiFERON
