We are seeking a detail-oriented Recruiting & Payroll Coordinator to support our growing team in Atlanta. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of talent acquisition and payroll operations, ensuring both a seamless hiring experience and accurate employee compensation.
***Onsite position 5 days per week, midtown location***

What You’ll Do
Recruiting Coordination
- Manage interview scheduling across multiple hiring managers and departments
- Maintain candidate pipelines in the ATS and ensure timely follow-up
- Support high-volume recruiting efforts when needed
- Assist with offer letters, background checks, and onboarding coordination
Payroll Administration
- Process bi-weekly or semi-monthly payroll with a high level of accuracy
- Audit timesheets and ensure compliance with company policies
- Maintain employee payroll records, including changes and deductions
- Partner with HR and Finance to resolve discrepancies quickly
HR Support
- Assist with onboarding and new hire documentation
- Maintain employee records in HRIS systems
- Support HR initiatives and reporting needs
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in HR coordination, recruiting, or payroll
- Experience supporting multi-state payroll (preferred in Southeast region)
- Strong attention to detail—payroll accuracy is critical
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Strong communication skills and customer service mindset
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, basic formulas preferred)
Preferred Experience
- Experience with HRIS and/or payroll systems, ideally Paycor
- Familiarity with Georgia labor laws and payroll regulations
- HR experience in a law firm desired
Compensation & Benefits (Atlanta Market Competitive)
- Salary Range: $60,000 – $85,000 annually
(Based on experience, systems knowledge, and payroll exposure)
