Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed footwear fittings and brace fittings, assessing each customer's unique needs and providing expert recommendations. Learning medical knowledge and training by experienced medical specialists.
- Demonstrate proper footwear and brace features and benefits through engaging product demos to educate customers effectively.
- Assist customers with selecting appropriate footwear braces based on their activity level, foot structure, and health condition.
- Provide exceptional customer service by listening attentively, addressing questions clearly, and ensuring a positive experience.
Qualifications
- Previous retail sales experience with supervisory or leadership responsibilities preferred.
- Strong communication skills in multiple languages (bilingual abilities are a plus).
- Knowledge of customer service best practices, including phone etiquette.
- Demonstrated ability to supervise team members or lead training sessions is advantageous.
