No pool construction experience is required. We provide on-the-job training for motivated individuals with a strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the construction and installation of residential swimming pools.
- Perform excavation preparation and site cleanup.
- Carry and move construction materials, tools, and equipment.
- Assist with plumbing, pool wall installation, concrete work, and finishing tasks.
- Operate hand and power tools safely.
- Load and unload trucks and organize materials at job sites.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
- Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
Qualifications
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs repeatedly throughout the day.
- Comfortable using hand and power tools (training provided if needed).
- Construction, landscaping, concrete, excavation, or general labor experience is an asset but not required.
- Valid driver’s license is preferred but not required.
