Duties
- Engage with prospective clients to promote private insurance products, including Limited Benefit products, ACA, Medicare, and Life Insurance products.
- Conduct thorough needs analysis by asking targeted questions to understand clients’ insurance requirements and financial goals.
- Present customized insurance options, clearly explaining coverage details, benefits, and policy terms to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Manage sales administration tasks such as processing applications, updating customer records, and maintaining accurate documentation within CRM systems.
- Stay current on industry regulations, insurance products, and compliance standards like HIPAA and state-specific regulations to ensure ethical sales practices.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop outreach strategies that expand client base through telemarketing campaigns and community engagement initiatives.
Skills
- Proven experience in telemarketing with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
