AT&T Team Lead - OS Business Concepts California

OS Business Concepts California is looking for an entry level AT&T Team Lead who is ready to put those strengths to work while continuing to grow in sales and leadership.
This is a hands-on role. As an AT&T Team Lead, you’ll work alongside the sales team in the field, connect with customers, support daily performance goals, and help create an environment where the team can succeed.
Your Role on the Team
As an AT&T Team Lead, you’ll balance customer-facing sales with day-to-day team support. You’ll:
- Lead by example during face-to-face customer interactions
- Introduce customers to AT&T wireless plans, mobile services, devices, and current offers
- Help customers understand their options and confidently complete the enrollment process
- Support newer team members as they develop their communication and sales skills
- Help keep the team focused on daily and weekly performance goals
- Share feedback, wins, and challenges with management to help improve results
- Assist with territory organization and daily team preparation
- Attend ongoing AT&T Team Lead training focused on AT&T products, sales strategy, coaching, and leadership development

- Previous sales, customer service, or leadership experience is beneficial but not required
