Strong Sales experience - wellness/fitness industry preferred

DUTIES:

Lead generation including networking and grassroots marketing, including events with partners

Manage leads to generate membership sales
-
Wrap and unwrap members in private treatment rooms; must be comfortable with clients in various states of undress with a sheet covering them

Oversee and manage all equipment

Directly coordinate with all vendors, ensuring that studio retail/products are stocked with accurate inventory counts

Hire, train, schedule, and manage staff

Demonstrate proficiency in Walla, including report generation

Independently make decisions related to high-level customer service

Collect outstanding balances

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio

Order, restock, and organize studio supplies
-
Enforce Red Light Method policies and procedures
-
Ensure all forms, administrative supplies, and studio literature is stocked and visible
-
Schedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions
-
Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio

Other duties as assigned
Starting salary $40,000-$45,000 with commission and bonus opportunities + medical benefits
