Join our dynamic team as a Concession Stand Worker at our movie theatre. In this energetic role, you'll be the friendly face and efficient operator behind the concession stand, delivering quick, quality service to guests eager for snacks, beverages, and treats. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will ensure every customer leaves satisfied, creating memorable moments that keep them coming back.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of food items including popcorn, pretzels, nachos, icees, and other concession staples with speed and accuracy.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems to process transactions efficiently while handling cash, credit card payments, and gift cards.
- Upsell products by recommending popular items or combo deals to maximize sales and enhance guest experience.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by regularly cleaning workstations, equipment, and theatres in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Manage inventory levels by restocking supplies promptly during shifts to ensure availability of all items.
- Support customer service efforts by greeting guests warmly, answering questions about menu items or movies, and providing prompt assistance to resolve any issues.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during busy periods while adhering to health guidelines such as sanitation protocols.
- Perform cleaning duties and clean counters as needed to maintain a clean environment for guests.
- Handle basic math calculations for cash handling, change making, and sales tracking accurately throughout your shift.
Qualifications

We are open 365 days a year, holidays are a requirement as well.
