The Dumpling lady is a family-run fast casual restaurant group (we have 3 locations) in Charlotte, NC. We are professional and agile, with our goal to bring authentic Sichuan Chinese cuisine to CLT and beyond. We have a great culture, and are growing.
We have line cook and lead line positions available at our Latta Arcade location. Fantastic schedule - Lunch ~8:30am -3pm Monday-Friday. We are looking for an experienced Line Cook professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and preparing authentic Sichuan Chinese meals with an eye for detail. Wok cooking a plus. Line Cooks will be responsible for following recipes, prepping ingredients, and ensuring that all dishes are prepared according to the highest standards. The successful candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and mesh with the team.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook orders according to recipes and instructions.
- Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner and is of the highest quality.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow all food safety regulations.
- Communicate with other kitchen staff to ensure that orders are prepared correctly.

Pay: $17.00 - $18.50 per hour
