Intake Coordinator needed for an expanding home infusion pharmacy. Full time position, 40 hours/week. Competitive Pay and Benefits.
Intake Coordinator- The applicant must be proficient in the following areas, with at least two years of experience or secondary education:
- Electronic Medical Records
- Insurance Prior Authorization
- Patient insurance benefits verification
Intake Coordinator applicant must also have excellent:

- Organizational skills
Intake Coordinator- Job Description:
Receive patient referrals from multiple sources including fax and web-based portals. Input patient information into Electronic medical record. Coordinate with field staff and referral sources and provide status updates on patient referral process. Determine insurance eligibility and patient financial responsibility. Initiate and document insurance prior authorization information.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
