Job Summary: The Account Supervisor will be responsible for the overall management and supervision for multiple clients in several facilities in the Rochester area. Our ideal candidate will have a professional demeanor and be able to communicate with clients by phone, email and in person. We are seeking someone with an eye for detail and be able to train, manage and direct a workforce to accomplish their goals. The Account Supervisor will be able to problem solve and adjust to challenges in the daily operations.
Job Duties:
· Perform customer service duties, including the handling of requests and complaints in a timely fashion and perform follow up inspections to ensure client satisfaction
· Development and training of team members
· Arrange for coverage in the event of an employee absence
· Perform regular inspections to ensure all client specifications are being met
· Perform corrections of deficiencies in buildings when necessary
· Oversee scheduling and payroll for the employees assigned to your buildings
· Ensure that all janitorial equipment is well maintained and in good and safe working order
· Track and maintain cleaning supplies and consumable products
· Ensure the safety and security of the building and our employees
Qualifications:
· Minimum of three years of experience in a supervisory position
· Janitorial or Facilities experience preferred
· Proven track record of being able to problem solve and lead when a challenge presents itself

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
