We are a fast-growing, multi-doctor dental practice seeking a highly organized, proactive Personal Assistant to support our Managing Doctor. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic healthcare environment, anticipates needs before they arise, and can seamlessly balance professional, administrative, and confidential responsibilities.
You will serve as a trusted right hand—helping streamline daily operations, manage schedules, coordinate communication, and ensure the Managing Doctor can focus on patient care and practice leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the Managing Doctor’s calendar, meetings, and priorities
- Handle professional correspondence, emails, phone calls, and follow-ups
- Assist with practice-related administrative tasks across multiple providers
- Coordinate with office managers, clinical teams, vendors, and consultants
- Organize documents, reports, and sensitive information with discretion
- Support special projects, practice initiatives, and deadlines
- Assist with light personal tasks as needed to support overall efficiency
- Anticipate needs, solve problems independently, and maintain workflow continuity
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Tech-savvy (Microsoft Office, scheduling platforms)
- Experience in healthcare or dental practices is a strong plus (but not required)
