As our Assistant Director of Nursing your objectives include:
- Infection Control experience is HIGHLY PREFERRED
- Sterile and non-sterile physical care equipment monitoring and surveillance
- Resident and employee health care education, prevention monitoring and surveillance
- Medical records and quality assurance to maintain compliance with Joint Commission, CMS, State and local standards
- Monitoring and evaluating resident services and nursing documentation
- Prepares employee schedules & assists in resident and staff vaccinations
- Works as a floor nurse as needed

Your work schedule: Mon - Fri from 9am-5pm, may require variable hours & weekends as needed. On-call requirement every other week.

Your Qualifications Include:
- Registered Nurse graduate of an accredited school of nursing with authorization to practice in Utah
- At least 2 years’ experience in nursing management and leadership
- Experience in behavioral health/psychiatric nursing field preferred, but not required
