We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of daily operations, including inventory control, staffing, and customer service.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and enhance guest satisfaction.
- Manage budgeting processes, ensuring financial targets are met while maintaining quality standards.
- Lead and motivate a diverse team, fostering a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and professional growth.
- Coordinate banquet and catering services, ensuring seamless execution of events.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations within the hospitality environment.
- Monitor industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in service offerings.
- Collaborate with culinary teams to develop menus that meet customer preferences while adhering to budgetary constraints.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry, preferably in hotels or restaurants.
- Strong knowledge of inventory control processes and best practices.
- Experience in culinary operations, including banquet and catering services.
- Excellent team management skills with the ability to inspire and develop staff.
- Proficient in budgeting and financial management within a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with quick service fast food restaurant operations is a plus.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
