Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics, maintenance, and repairs on Mercedes-Benz diesel engines and Sprinter systems
- Diagnose electrical, drivability, and performance concerns efficiently and accurately
- Work closely with Service Advisors to provide accurate repair recommendations and estimates
- Deliver “fix-it-right-the-first-time” quality workmanship
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment consistent with luxury dealership standards
Qualifications
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of automotive diesel technician experience
- Mercedes-Benz or Sprinter experience strongly preferred
Technical Skills
- Strong diagnostic and electrical troubleshooting abilities
- Experience with modern diagnostic equipment and repair technology
- Knowledge of diesel engine performance systems
Additional Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Professional attitude and strong teamwork mentality
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
