Duties
- Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and POS system management to ensure seamless transactions.
- Lead and supervise retail sales staff, providing coaching, training, and development to foster a high-performing team.
- Manage inventory control by monitoring stock levels, conducting regular audits, and coordinating purchasing and merchandising efforts to optimize product availability.
- Implement effective sales strategies and marketing initiatives to boost store performance and customer engagement.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly with excellent communication skills, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
- Supervise shift schedules, delegate tasks efficiently, and ensure adherence to safety protocols and company policies.
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping records, payroll processing, and budget management to support operational excellence.
Requirements
- Proven management experience in retail or convenience store environments with supervisory responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, merchandising, and retail math.
- Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable.
- Demonstrated ability in negotiation, recruiting, employee orientation, training & development, and team management.
- Familiarity with cashiering procedures, cash handling protocols, and operational management practices.
- Experience with budgeting, payroll processing, bookkeeping, and inventory control is preferred.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Previous experience in grocery or wireless sales industries is advantageous but not required.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
