Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes
- Greet guests promptly and provide friendly, attentive service
- Take drink and food orders accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout the shift.
- Record inventory
- Handle cash and card transactions responsibly and follow proper POS procedures
- Check identification and ensure all alcohol service complies with state laws
- Monitor guest intoxication levels and practice responsible service
- Assist with opening and closing duties, including restocking and cleaning
- Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth operations
- Uphold company standards for hospitality, cleanliness, and professionalism
