What You'll Do
The role of the Front Desk Sales Associates to assist the Studio Sales Manager with new membership sales by bringing new members to the studio and booking them into an intro stretch. The Front Desk Sales Associates also assists with retaining current members. Fitness knowledge or background is preferred but not required.
The following responsibilities highlight some of the key functions the Front Desk Sales Associates will perform.
- Assist the Studio Sales Manager with the sales process of lead generation, follow up, and closing the sale
- Make daily phone calls for selling memberships to potential customers. Drive retail sales.
- Participate in lead generation activities through Grass Roots Marketing.
- Actively manage the studio’s social media accounts.
- Mop and clean the studio premises at the end of every shift.
- Foster a compliant and secure environment by ensuring adherence to StretchLab's established policies and procedures and adherence to all the statutory regulations.
- Deliver exemplary customer service, addressing any concern in a way that leaves a lasting positive impact on our members.
- Uphold the Studio's immaculate cleanliness and organization, cultivating an inviting atmosphere that promotes an exceptional experience for all customers.
- Any other duties as assigned.
Additional job requirements:
The job requires the Front Desk Sales Associate to:
- Be seated or be standing for prolonged periods within the studio or at the premises of any outdoor or indoor marketing/pop-up activity.
- Make daily 30 - 50 phone calls for selling memberships to potential customers and receive incoming phone calls from potential customers or existing customers etc.
- Prolonged periods sitting or standing at a desk and working on a computer.

What You've Got
We are seeking someone who is a high energy sales and customer service person, passionate about improving people's wellness and fitness, willing to learn, and excited to collaborate with us to build a long-term sustainable business.
- 1+ years of fitness sales or membership sales experience is preferred. Prior experience opening a wellness or fitness studio, or similar business, is desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, in person, on the phone and via written communication.
- Goal-oriented with an ability to achieve sales in memberships for one-on-one and group assisted stretch and retail
- Must have proficient computer skills
- Infectious energy with an ability to build genuine rapport and trust with prospects, studio members, and team members. Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients, management, and the general public.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving, including the ability to recognize areas for improvement and make necessary changes, using good judgment, business acumen, and management skill.
- Comfortable being responsible for driving all revenue streams from membership to retail sales.

Supplemental pay opportunities:
- Commission pay based on performance.
