About the Role
This role placesyou at the center of Houston’s industrial real estate market, where you’llbuild strong client relationships, negotiate meaningful deals, and helpbusinesses find the spaces that support their growth. As a Senior Associate Broker, you’ll developnew business, guide clients through complex decisions, and represent them withthe backing of a global industry leader. It’s a role for someone who wants togrow their career through hands ‑ on dealmaking and market expertise. You will work hand in hand with twosenior brokers, William Gold and Tom Lynch each with over 40 years ofexperience every day.
What You'll Do
Drive newbusiness by identifying prospects, strengthening existing relationships, andintroducing clients to the full range of CBRE services.
Provide landlordsand tenants with clear, timely insights into market conditions, propertyvalues, and leasing opportunities so they can make informed decisions.
Tour propertieswith prospective clients, helping them understand the features, advantages, andfinancial considerations of each space.
Compile andorganize key property information — including tenant surveys, market summaries,and presentation materials — to support client pitches and assignments.
Prepare andanalyze RFPs, evaluate market data, and develop reports that highlight trends,rental rates, and competitive positioning.
Coordinateessential transaction materials such as listing agreements, commissiondocuments, leases, and sales contracts to ensure accuracy and smooth execution.
Draft offers,term sheets, and lease amendments, and collaborate with attorneys duringcontract preparation, negotiations, and due diligence.
Stay current onmarket trends, legislation, and property values to anticipate changes andprovide clients with informed guidance.
Createprofessional correspondence and marketing materials that support businessdevelopment and client communication.
Engage with thelocal business community, industry groups, and charitable organizations toexpand your network and strengthen your presence in the market.
Maintainaccurate, up ‑ to ‑ date information in company systems tosupport efficient operations and client service.

SUPERVISORYRESPONSIBILITIES
Provide informalguidance and support to colleagues, sharing expertise and helping coordinatetasks within the team. While this role doesn’t include formal hiring orperformance management, you’ll contribute to the development and success ofthose around you.
What You'll Need

Bachelor’s degree(BA/BS) from a four ‑ year college oruniversity.
Real EstateSalesperson license (Texas)
Strong writtenand verbal communication skills, along with solid organizational and analyticalabilities. You should be comfortable presenting information clearly andproviding reliable, courteous service to clients.
Ability to workwith financial concepts such as commissions, percentages, and basic marketanalysis.
Capable of interpretingdocuments, evaluating options, and solving problems using analytical andquantitative skills.
Intermediateproficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
You’ll manageyour own deadlines and make decisions that align with company policies andprocedures. Good judgment is essential, as your work can have long ‑ term effects on clients, colleagues, andproject outcomes.
