Summary
We are seeking a full-time housekeeper to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in maintaining a clean and safe environment for our residents, contributing significantly to their comfort and well-being.
Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning duties in resident rooms, common areas, and facilities
- Ensure all areas are sanitized and maintained according to health standards
- Assist with laundry services as needed
- Report maintenance issues promptly
- Support residents' needs with kindness and respect
- Collaborate with team members to uphold community standards
- Participate in training and development opportunities
- Uphold the organization's values in all interactions
- Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate attitude towards elderly care
- Good communication skills
- Flexibility to adapt to changing needs
