ABOUT US
American Roofs is one of the fastest-growing storm restoration companies in the Midwest. We specialize in roofing, siding, and gutter replacement through insurance claims. We're looking for a detail-oriented Client Coordinator to manage the customer experience from contract to final payment.
JOB SUMMARY
As a Client Coordinator, you are the central point of contact for homeowners, insurance adjusters, and mortgage companies throughout the claim process.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Communicate proactively with homeowners on claim status
- Call clients, schedule appointments, and enter results
- Coordinate adjuster appointments and appraisals
- Track insurance payments, supplements, and depreciation releases
- Process insurance checks and homeowner deductibles
- Coordinate mortgage company check endorsements
- Manage the appraisal process: assign PA, working files, 30-day updates
- Handle office operations: mail, voicemail, documents, company tools
- Assist with HR tasks: onboarding, mortgage checks, compliance
- Update client notes and maintain accurate CRM records
- Submit weekly client coordinator reports
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong phone and communication skills
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Comfortable with data entry and CRM systems
- Insurance or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Professional and friendly demeanor
