We are looking for passionate FOH team members to join our Morrisville location and help us create a dining experience that keeps guests coming back.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service, creating a warm and welcoming environment for guests.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently while offering menu recommendations.
- Ensure timely and correct order fulfillment, collaborating with the kitchen team for special requests.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including dining area upkeep and routine cleaning tasks.
- Handle payments, operate the point-of-sale system, and ensure accuracy in transactions.
- Anticipate guest needs and promptly resolve any concerns to enhance the dining experience.
- Follow hygiene and food safety standards at all times.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a customer service or restaurant role is preferred but not required.
- A positive, team-oriented attitude with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to upholding high service standards.
- Availability for flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
