Are you energetic, personable, and passionate about delivering an exceptional patient experience? Charleston Oculofacial Plastic Surgery is seeking an enthusiastic and dependable Front Desk Patient Concierge to join our team.
Our boutique oculofacial plastic surgery practice is dedicated to providing outstanding patient care in a warm and professional environment. We are looking for someone who enjoys connecting with patients, thrives in a fast-paced setting, and takes pride in keeping the front office running smoothly. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys staying engaged, takes initiative, and is excited to contribute wherever needed to create an exceptional patient experience.
Responsibilities
- Welcome and check in patients with a warm, friendly attitude
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
- Schedule consultations and follow-up appointments
- Verify insurance eligibility and collect copays/payments
- Maintain accurate patient records within the electronic medical record
- Coordinate patient communication by phone, email, and text
- Support providers and clinical staff with administrative tasks
- Keep the reception area organized and welcoming
- Assist with maintaining the appearance and organization of patient-facing areas
- Educate patients on skincare products and assist with product recommendations
- Process skincare sales and maintain retail inventory
- Pitch in with other administrative and operational tasks as needed to support the team
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of front desk or aesthetic practice experience
- Experience with skincare products and aesthetic treatments strongly preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Dependable, punctual, and professional
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Comfortable using computers and electronic medical records
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
- Team-oriented with a desire to provide exceptional patient care

Monday: 9:00am-6:00pm
Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday: 8:30am-5:30pm
