Key Responsibilities :
Drink Creation & Innovation: Collaborate closely with the owner to design an exciting, trend-setting beverage program, including signature cocktails, seasonal specials, and wine pairings.
Training & Coaching: Lead and inspire the bar team by providing ongoing training on drink preparation, presentation, and customer service.
Curate the Beverage Selection:
· Develop and maintain a carefully crafted wine list tailored to complement our steakhouse menu.
· Curate a special drinks menu that enhances the guest experience and reflects the restaurant’s brand.
· Ordering & Inventory Management:
· Manage all beverage inventory, ensuring accurate ordering, stock rotation, and cost control.
· Build strong vendor relationships to source high-quality ingredients and products.
Guest Engagement: Provide a memorable experience by engaging with guests, explaining drink concepts, and delivering exceptional service.
Compliance & Cleanliness: Ensure all bar operations meet health, safety, and cleanliness standards.

· An energetic, outgoing personality with a natural ability to lead and inspire.
· Extensive bartending knowledge with a focus on craft cocktails, wines, and spirits.
· A creative mindset and a strong desire to grow professionally.
· Proven experience in inventory management, vendor relations, and cost control.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards.
· Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
