Congregate Supported Housing for people living with HIV/AIDS in lower Manhattan seeks Full-Time Case Manager. Qualifications include:
- BSW or related Bachelor's degree in Counseling.
- Minimum of three years experience of direct Case Management service to persons with Substance Abuse Challenges
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, case management, counseling, and facilitation of access to appropriate services.
Small Caseload of 16 clients. All clients are onsite and your own private office.
