The incumbent will provide direct outpatient clinical, prevention, and educational services to children, adolescents, and adults; to include crisis intervention & Therapeutic modalities.
- Must have a Master’s Degree in counseling/Mental Health or related field from an accredited university as a Licensed Professional Counselor; Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist; or a Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
- At least three years of experience in providing mental health treatment with a minimum of one year in working with children and adolescents
- Clinical back ground in some of the following therapeutic disciplines: CBT, DBT, Family systems, Narrative therapy, Play therapy, Art therapy
- Required to have an OSBI clearance, must not have convictions.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Ability to plan own work and carry out assignments effectively.
- Ability to communicate with other effectively both orally and in writing in working out solutions to problems or questions relating to work.
- Ability to establish rapport and gain the confidence of others (physicians, nurses, patients, and associates).
- Knowledge of the cultural and social backgrounds of the Native American population.
- Must have a valid Oklahoma Driver’s License.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test.

- Must be able to sit, stand, stoop, bend or kneel for long periods of time.
- Sitting or standing or walking for long period of time; occasional bending, squatting, kneeling, stooping; good finger dexterity and feeling; frequent repetitive motions; talking hearing and visual acuity
