HR MGMT 10, LLC is an Employer of Record providing workforce support services to partnered brands operating in regulated consumer product industries. The Accounts Receivable Manager – Hemp Division (HQ) is responsible for managing day-to-day accounts receivable operations for the hemp division, including invoicing, collections, cash application, and account reconciliation.
This is a hands-on, operational role focused on accuracy, timeliness, and cash flow support. The position works closely with internal teams and external customers to ensure receivables are managed effectively and in accordance with company policies and customer terms.

Prepare, review, and issue customer invoices accurately and on time

Manage the full collections process, including outreach on past-due accounts

Monitor AR aging and follow up to reduce delinquency and improve cash flow

Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues

Apply customer payments accurately across ACH, wire, check, and other payment methods

Reconcile customer accounts and resolve unapplied or misapplied payments

Coordinate with internal finance teams to ensure accurate cash reporting

Maintain AR aging reports and collections tracking

Support month-end and year-end close activities related to accounts receivable

Assist with audit requests and documentation related to AR

Partner with Sales, Operations, and Finance to resolve account issues

Support customer onboarding by establishing billing terms and required documentation

Communicate professionally with customers regarding payment status and inquiries

Identify inefficiencies in AR workflows and recommend improvements

Assist with system updates, reporting enhancements, and documentation of procedures

3–5+ years of hands-on accounts receivable or billing experience
-
Experience in hemp, CPG, supplements, nutraceuticals, or regulated industries preferred

Experience supporting high-volume or multi-entity AR environments

Strong understanding of AR processes, collections, and cash application

Proficiency in accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar)

Hourly Pay Range: $38.50 – $50.50 per hour
Placement within the range is based on experience, complexity of prior AR ownership, systems proficiency, and ability to independently manage accounts receivable operations in a growing, multi-entity environment.
Overtime is paid in accordance with California law.
