Position Overview
The Sales & Marketing Associate is responsible for driving business growth by increasing brand awareness, generating qualified leads, building community partnerships, and executing strategic marketing initiatives. This role focuses on bringing new opportunities into the business while working closely with the Community Manager to ensure a seamless transition from prospect to client. Performance-based bonuses are available based on sales achievements.
Core Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Drive business growth by generating qualified leads for memberships, event bookings, conference room rentals, private offices, and media studio services.
- Assist the Community Manager with membership, event, and client acquisition efforts.
- Conduct tours and introduce prospective members and clients to Sleek's services.
- Build relationships with local businesses, organizations, and referral partners to generate new business opportunities.
- Follow up with inquiries and prospects to maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Support initiatives that increase visibility, foot traffic, and qualified leads.
Marketing & Social Media
- Develop, schedule, and manage content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
- Create engaging photo, video, and graphic content that promotes Sleek's memberships, events, and services.
- Assist with email marketing, newsletters, promotional campaigns, and website updates.
- Monitor marketing performance and identify opportunities to increase engagement and
- conversions.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing platforms.
Community Outreach
- Represent Sleek at networking events and within the local business community.
- Develop relationships with organizations, entrepreneurs, and community leaders to increase referrals and brand awareness.
- Promote memberships, events, and business services through strategic outreach.
- Identify partnership opportunities that contribute to long-term business growth.
Performance Goals
- Increase monthly coworking memberships.
- Increase conference room, private office, studio, and event bookings.
- Establish new corporate and community partnerships.
- Maintain a consistent and engaging social media presence.
- Generate qualified leads that contribute to measurable business growth.
Ideal Candidate
- Experience in sales, marketing, business development, or customer engagement.
- Strong communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.

- Experience managing social media platforms and creating engaging content.
- Familiarity with CRM software, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
- Organized, creative, and passionate about growing a brand and building community.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during tours, networking events, and community outreach.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. when assisting with promotional materials or event setup.
- Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced, and customer-focused environment.
Pay: From $37,400.00 per year
