JOB SUMMARY:
Christian Counseling Ministries of WNY (CCMWNY) is seeking therapists to join our supportive team, while having a flexible schedule with both onsite and telehealth services. Responsibilities include direct assessment, treatment planning, and clinical counseling of an assigned caseload of children, individual adults, couples, or church leaders. Case assignment aligns with the therapist’s ability, experience, and limits of the NYS License regulations in the mental health counseling environment.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Conduct comprehensive intakes
- Incorporate outcome based assessments
- Develop treatment plan collaboratively with the client
- Incorporate established professional theories and treatment techniques for a variety of mental health and relational issues
- Accurate and timely progress documentation in electronic medical record
- Integrate spirituality and biblical teaching according to the clients desires
- Implement all best practice guidance for client care
- Receive ongoing clinical supervision and seek out peer supervision and consultation as needed
- Attend staff meetings, required trainings, and continuing education opportunities
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master's Degree or higher corresponding to NYS licensure
- Hold a NYS license or be license eligible
- Credentialed or eligible for health insurance panel licensing
