We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to support digital marketing initiatives across multiple brands and websites. This role will focus on website management, SEO, digital campaigns, and content development to drive brand visibility and lead generation.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with WordPress, SEO, Adobe Creative Suite, and managing marketing efforts across multiple brands or websites. Experience in healthcare or behavioral health, as well as in startup or fast-growing environments, is strongly preferred.
This position works closely with the Marketing Director to execute marketing strategies and campaigns. While direction is collaborative, the Marketing Specialist should be comfortable owning projects, managing priorities, and executing independently within a small, flexible team environment.________________________________________ Key Responsibilities

Manage and update company websites using WordPress

Implement SEO best practices to improve search rankings and organic traffic

Optimize website content, metadata, and technical SEO elements

Develop and maintain SEOfocused blog and landing page content

Monitor website performance and recommend improvements

Assist in managing and maintaining multiple websites across several brands
Digital Marketing & Campaign Execution

Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns
-
Plan and manage paid social media campaigns (Meta and other social platforms) to support lead generation and brand awareness

Assist in developing campaign strategies, creative assets, and targeting

Monitor campaign performance and optimize campaigns based on results

Coordinate campaign timelines and deliverables

Create and edit marketing content for websites, blogs, email campaigns, and marketing materials

Develop digital marketing assets using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

Ensure messaging and design remain consistent across multiple brands

Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing assets and campaign messaging
-
Track website traffic, keyword rankings, and campaign performance
-
Assist in preparing marketing performance reports

Identify opportunities to improve marketing performance and digital engagement

Support marketing initiatives across multiple brands and service lines

Help ensure brand consistency across marketing channels

Conduct competitor and industry research to support marketing strategy

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred

24 years of marketing experience, preferably in digital marketing

Experience managing multiple websites or brands simultaneously

Experience managing websites in WordPress

Strong understanding of SEO best practices

Experience using Adobe Creative Suite
