Job Duties
Responsibilities will vary based on litigation experience and may include:

Manage civil litigation matters from inception through resolution.

Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and legal memoranda.

Conduct legal research and prepare persuasive written advocacy.

Attend court hearings, case management conferences, mediations, and other proceedings.

Develop case strategy in collaboration with fellow attorneys.

Prepare cases for trial, including witness preparation and evidentiary review.

Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and court personnel.

Negotiate settlements when appropriate.
-
Mentor junior attorneys and legal staff as experience progresses.

Maintain organized case files while meeting litigation deadlines.
Job Qualifications

Active license to practice law in California.

1 to 5 years of litigation experience, including internships, clerkships, or other relevant legal experience.
