Asbita Orthodontics is excited to announce an opening for a dynamic, positive, and motivated Treatment Coordinator to join our growing orthodontic team in Hockley, TX.
This is a key patient-facing role for someone who loves connecting with people, building trust, explaining treatment options, and helping patients and families feel confident moving forward with orthodontic care. Bilingual English/Spanish speakers are strongly encouraged to apply.
Position: Treatment Coordinator
Employment Status: Full-Time
Location: Hockley, TX
Schedule: Monday–Friday with some Saturdays required
Hours: Approximately 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM, depending on the schedule
Compensation: 20–27/hour based on experience, with bonus opportunities available

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome new patients and families and create an excellent first impression
- Guide patients through the consultation process from arrival to treatment start
- Support the orthodontist during consultations and help explain recommended treatment
- Present treatment fees, payment options, financing options, and insurance estimates
- Help patients and parents understand the value of orthodontic treatment
- Follow up with patients who are interested but not yet ready to start
- Schedule treatment starts and coordinate next steps with the clinical team
- Maintain accurate patient records, notes, and follow-up tasks
- Communicate clearly with patients by phone, text, email, and in person
- Assist Spanish-speaking patients and families with clear, welcoming communication, if bilingual
- Track consultations, pending starts, and treatment acceptance
- Work closely with the doctor, front office, and clinical team to create a smooth patient experience
- Help maintain a positive, professional, and team-oriented environment
Skills and Qualities
- Strong communication and people skills
- Warm, confident, and professional personality
- Sales or customer-service experience preferred
- Dental or orthodontic experience preferred but not required for the right candidate
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Comfortable discussing financial arrangements and payment plans
- Strong organization and follow-up skills
- Ability to multitask and manage a busy schedule
- Good computer skills and ability to learn office software
- Attention to detail with patient information, scheduling, and documentation
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable, punctual, and team-focused
Training Will Be Provided In
- Orthodontic treatment coordination

- Practice communication standards and patient experience protocols
