Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Remodeler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various remodeling tasks, demonstrating expertise in construction techniques and an eye for detail. This role involves working on diverse projects, transforming spaces to meet client specifications while ensuring high-quality workmanship.
Responsibilities
- Execute remodeling projects for residential properties, from start to finish.
- Perform LVP/LVT and tile installation with precision and care.
- Conduct heavy lifting and ensure safe handling of materials on construction sites.
- Build structures according to specifications, ensuring they are plumb and level.
- Carry out trim carpentry tasks, including but not limited to; door hanging, window installation, siding repairs and finishing work.
- Apply drywall installation and finish techniques for wall repairs and surface preparation.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Adhere to safety protocols while working on jobsites, roofs or other elevated surfaces.
Requirements
- Proven experience in remodeling or construction-related fields.
- Proficiency in tile laying, trim carpentry, door hanging, drywall installation and repairs.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job.
- Strong understanding of construction site safety practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with management and team members.

Pay: $27.00 - $40.00 per hour
