Job Title: Full Time Retail Sales Consultant
Schedule: Monday-Friday (possible Saturday) 10am-6pm
Pay & Benefits: $40,000 annual / Health Insurance, including Dental & Vision / 401k / Life / Accident
Commissions: 8% of personal gross profit (net sale minus cost), paid monthly
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service: Welcome customers, assess their needs, and provide assistance and information on product features.
Sales: Achieve department sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis. Actively seek out customers in the store and go the extra mile to drive sales.
Product Knowledge: Stay knowledgeable about products offered and discuss available options. Recommend related products to enhance the shopping experience.
POS Transactions: Process point-of-sale purchases, handle returns, and resolve customer complaints promptly.
Store Maintenance: Maintain in-stock and presentable condition of assigned areas. Ensure the store's visual appearance is up to high standards.
Team Collaboration: Work with co-workers to ensure proper customer service and build productive trust relationships with customers.
Inventory Control: Comply with inventory control procedures and assist in stock management.
Requirements:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Previous retail or sales experience is preferred.
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and strong problem-solving abilities.
Attributes: Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations.
Pay: $40,000.00 per year
