General Maintenance Technician – Apartment Community
We’re hiring multiple General Maintenance Technicians to join our team at a large apartment community! If you’re dependable, take pride in your work, and enjoy solving maintenance issues, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities & Skills:
- General apartment maintenance and repairs
- Plumbing, electrical, and HVAC troubleshooting (basic to intermediate)
- Drywall, painting, and carpentry repairs
- Appliance repair and installation
- Make-ready/turn preparation
- Preventive maintenance
- Excellent customer service and teamwork
- Ability to prioritize work orders and respond to maintenance requests efficiently
Requirements:
- Previous apartment maintenance experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work indoors/outdoors
- HVAC certification is a plus but not required
