Wellman Farm is looking for an reliable and hardworking person to join our cultivation team. The right candidate will have a genuine interest in the plant and enjoy working in a team environment. Responsibility will include:
- Assist with defoliation, pruning.
- Conduct fertigation and irrigation maintenance.
- Clean and sanitize workspace per Company procedures.
- Inventory management in conjunction with other cultivation staff.
- Assist with plant movements in accordance with Company procedures and state regulation.
- Conduct plant maintenance on all aspects of growth cycle, including: Mother, Vegetative, Flowering, and take-down and post-harvest.
- Assist cultivation manager and lead cultivators with all aspects of cultivation process.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
