We are a licensed Home Health Agency dedicated to providing safe, compassionate, and high-quality care to patients in their homes. We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to lead our clinical operations and ensure excellence in patient care and regulatory compliance.
Position Summary
The Nurse Administrator oversees all clinical services, supervises nursing and caregiver staff, ensures compliance with Texas home health regulations, and supports quality patient outcomes. This is a leadership role ideal for an RN with home health and supervisory experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise all skilled nursing and home health services
- Conduct patient assessments and oversee individualized care plans
- Train, mentor, and evaluate clinical staff
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with state standards
- Maintain readiness for audits and inspections
- Coordinate care with physicians, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Support scheduling, staffing, and daily clinical operations
- Lead quality assurance and patient safety initiatives
Qualifications
✔Active Texas RN license (required)
✔ 2+ years nursing experience
✔ 1+ year supervisory or leadership experience
✔ Home health experience preferred
✔ Knowledge of Texas home health regulations
✔ Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
