AccuTemp Refrigeration is Hiring: Parts Specialist / Service Estimator
AccuTemp Refrigeration is seeking an experienced Parts Specialist / Service Estimator to join our team immediately. This role is critical to supporting our service department by preparing accurate, competitive estimates for maintenance and repair projects while maintaining strong relationships with customers and vendors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze service and repair needs to prepare detailed labor and material estimates
- Research parts pricing and availability with vendors
- Build and present clear, accurate quotes to customers for approval
- Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, and suppliers
- Maintain vendor relationships to secure competitive pricing
- Participate in an on-call rotation as required
Qualifications:
- Required: Experience in the HVAC industry
- Basic understanding of HVAC equipment and components
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal training
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
