Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM | Forklift + Administrative Role
Magnum is hiring a Freight Handler to support our dock operations. This role is responsible for loading and unloading semi-trailers, moving freight safely, ensuring shipments are accurate and on time, and assisting with administrative duties such as answering phone calls, making appointments, and other administrative responsibilities.

As a Freight Handler, you will help ensure freight moves safely and efficiently through our dock.
- Unload freight from incoming semi-trailers on the receiving side of the dock.
- Reload freight into outbound trailers using forklifts and/or hand loading
- Match freight to delivery manifests and confirm correct destinations
- Inspect shipments for damage
- Enter shipment data into the computer system
- Maintain a clean and organized dock area
- Remove broken pallets, sweep trailers, and maintain dock cleanliness
- Perform additional duties as assigned

Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
Freight Handlers work in a warehouse and loading dock environment with concrete floors and loading docks on both sides of the facility. Employees operate equipment such as propane-powered sit-down forklifts, pallet jacks, handheld scanners, and warehouse computer systems to move and track freight. The environment is well-lit but includes exposure to warehouse noise and varying temperatures, which may drop to around 45°F depending on the season. The role requires regular movement and the ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 75 lbs, as well as a full range of motion necessary for warehouse tasks. - Standing/Walking: ~50%
